Solid CBN turning insert is used to cut hard material including HSS, hardened steel, high manganese steel; high alloy cast iron; gray cast iron and nodular cast iron with HRC 45-70. Its application varies from surface turning, honing machining, grooving; Various grades are provided from rough operation, semi-finish operation, finish operation; and PCBN cutting tool can work on both smooth and interrupted conditions because of its high hardness, wear resistance and chemical reliability. PCBN insert for hard material works well on rough, semi-finish and finish application.
